WATERLOO – Joyce M. Strally Campbell, 94, passed away peacefully Sunday (June 2, 2024) at the Seneca Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Family and friends may call from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Wednesday (June 12) at the Coe-Genung Funeral Home, 46 W. Main St., Waterloo, NY. The memorial service will immediately follow at the funeral home. Rev. Diane Walker, will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Waterloo, NY.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Waterloo Memorial Post 6433, V.F.W. Auxiliary, 29 W. Elisha St., Waterloo, NY, 13165 or Beverly's Animal Shelter, 50 E. River St., Waterloo, NY, 13165.

Joyce was born June 5, 1929, in Waterloo, NY, the daughter of Lewis and Alice Lake Kidd. She was a graduate of Waterloo High School. Joyce was a bookkeeper for various Finger Lakes businesses and was a waitress at Connie's Diner. She was a member of the Waterloo United Methodist Church, while living in Waterloo and attended the Tyre United Methodist Church. Joyce was very active in the church in Cape Coral and North Ft. Myers, FL serving on trash and treasure sales and making meals for 150 people right up until she was age 89. She was a life member of the Waterloo Memorial Post 6433, V.F.W. Auxiliary. While her children were young, she was a Girl Scout Leader, a Boy Scout Den Mother, and the Waterloo Little League Treasurer.

She is survived by her children George (Marjorie) Strally of Waterloo, NY, Samuel (Janet) Strally of St. Augustine, FL, Steven Strally of Waterloo, NY, Alice Burton of Seneca Falls, NY, and Kathy (Jim) Robson of Romulus, NY; stepsons David Campbell of Waterloo, NY, Steven (Pam) Campbell of NC and Earl "Chip" Campbell, Jr. of Seneca Falls, NY; 13 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; brother Wayne Kidd of Fairport, NY; daughter-in-law Michael Strally of Romulus, NY; many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Joyce was predeceased by her husband Earl Campbell, Sr.; son Daniel Strally; daughter-in-law Marietta Dunham Strally, sister-in-law Helen Kidd; and nephew Steven Kidd
