JUNIUS/WATERLOO — Kelley Irene Walter Haddad, 55, passed away Sunday (December 31, 2023) at home with her family by her side. In keeping with Kelley's wishes, there will be no calling hours. Services will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105, or Wilmont Cancer Center, 601 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, NY, 14642. Kelley was born May 24, 1968 in Geneva, NY, the daughter of Robert "Bob" and Rose Ann (Kerr) Walter. She was a lifetime resident of Waterloo, NY and graduated from Waterloo Central High School in 1986. Kelley was a co-owner of The Kountry Stop in Fayette, NY and recently worked at Maybury Farms in Fayette, NY. In 2021, she married her best friend and love of her life, Edward "Eddie" Haddad, Jr. She will be sadly missed by her husband, parents, and one very special friend, Tracy Maybury. Kelley is survived by her children Jessi (Tim) Ellison, Kierstyn (Steven Vincent) Brownell, Adam Ryan, and Mekenna "Emmy" Haddad; her grandchildren whom she loved spending time with, Jaidyn and Alanah Ellison, and Parker and Eli Vincent; sister Kim (Steve) Vandeventer; several nieces; and one great-niece. She was predeceased by her infant daughter, Nicole. It is with sad hearts that we had to say goodbye to our sweet, courageous Kelley. God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be; So, he put his arms around you, and whispered, "Come with me." With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away; Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.
