WATERLOO – Terri E. Reese, 63, passed away Tuesday (December 26, 2023) at Highland Hospital, with her loving family by her side.

Terri was born February 23, 1960, in Ladysmith, WI, the daughter of William and Marylee Sterlinske Morgan. Terri was a graduate of Ladysmith High School. For over 30 years, Terri provided family day care in her home. She was a second mother and a constant support system to over 80 kids, whom she cared for just as her own, even after they grew up. She served as a member of the Waterloo Central School District Board of Education for 24 consecutive years. Terri was a community minded person. She volunteered for many local organizations including Beverley Animal Shelter and a life member of the Waterloo Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She focused on always putting others first, including animals, and was willing to help anyone who needed it. Terri will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband Michael S. Reese; daughters Rebecca (Bradley) Resinger, Caitlin Reese, and Devon Reese all of Waterloo, NY; Her Best Friend and Grandson Jackson; mother Marylee Morgan of Ladysmith, WI; brother James (Lori) Morgan of Island Lake, IL; nephews Kyle and Alex; and aunts, uncles, cousins as well as the friends who became family.

She was predeceased by her father in November of this year.

In keeping with Terri's wishes, there will be no calling hours or services. A celebration of life will be 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday (January 6) at F-n-As Restaurant, 3 South Virginia Street, Waterloo.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Beverley Animal Shelter or Ronald McDonald House.
