Obituary of Cheryl Beth Coombs

NUNDA — Cheryl Beth Coombs, 69, passed away Thursday (December 14, 2023) at Strong Memorial Hospital with her loving family by her side. In with the wishes of the family, there will be no calling hours. The memorial service will be 2 p.m. Friday (Dec. 30) at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 349 Main Street, Dansville, NY. Keith Switzer, elder of the hall, will officiate. Cheryl was born June 15, 1954 in Batavia, NY, the daughter of Leon Frank and Elaine Ann Weldon Roth. She worked at Roboson's Appliances, and for many years as an assembler at A. B. Cowles in Wayland, NY. Cheryl is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Edward William Coombs, Sr. of Nunda, NY; mother Elaine Ann Roth of Mt. Morris, NY; sons David (Tina) M. Coombs and Edward William Coombs, Jr., both of Nunda, NY; grandchildren Katelynn Coombs and James Coombs; brother Roderick Roth of Rochester, NY; sister Terre Mann of Perry, NY; an uncle; an aunt; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
