PHELPS/WATERLOO — Gloria V. Long, 85, of Phelps, NY and formerly of Waterloo, NY passed away (December 2, 2023) at Geneva General Hospital with her loving family by her side.

Family and friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday (Dec. 7) at Coe-Genung Funeral Home, 46 W. Main St., Waterloo, NY. The memorial service will be 1 p.m. Friday (Dec. 8) at the funeral home. Rev. David Underwood, pastor of Waterloo Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Green Cemetery, Romulus, NY.

Gloria was born May 28, 1938, in Massena, NY, the daughter of late Paul Amos and Mildred Louise Reynolds St. Germain. She was a high school graduate. For 33 years, Gloria worked in different departments of Willard Psychiatric Hospital. She was an avid musician, playing with her late husband for various community events throughout the Finger Lakes area.

She is survived by her sons William (Pam) Davis of Honeoye, NY, Timothy Davis of Freeport, FL, Jeffrey T. (Wanda) Davis of Romulus, NY and Mark P. (Heidi) Davis of Waterloo, NY; grandchildren Ryan Davis, Vanessa Davis, Aaron Davis, Tyler Davis, and Zachary Davis; many great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Gloria was predeceased by her loving husband Bernard "Peel" J. Long; brother Paul L. St. Germain; sister Doreen I. Keups; and nieces Faith Keups and Joy Ray.
