Obituary of Eugenia Brewer

Waterloo - Eugenia "Jeanie" Sandra Brewer, 56, of 0588 Steele Rd., she passed away surrounded by loving family, Thursday (September 26, 2013) at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. Friends may call 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday (Sept. 30) at Coe-Genung Funeral Home in Waterloo. The funeral service will be 4 p.m. Monday (Sept. 30) at the funeral home. Dale Andrews, pastor of the Assembly of God Church in Geneva, will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 1120 South Goodman St., Rochester, NY, 14620. Jeanie was born Jan. 2, 1957, in Waterloo, the daughter of Clayton A. and Gladys E. Burden Brewer. She was a graduate of Waterloo High School. For many years, she was employed with Zotos International, Inc. Leaving employment at Zotos, Jeanie was employed at a family restaurant, until her latest position at Lowe's. She is survived by her lifelong companion, David Coleman; daughter, Shay (Duane "Scott") Hyer of Waterloo; granddaughters, Jasmine Hyer, Jamie Hess, and Tera Hyer; sisters, Marilyn (Steve) Roach of Pensacola, Fl., Janice (Terry) Reed of Ovid, Linda (Rick) Roach and Joleen (David) Griffith both of Waterloo, and Charlene (Tom Emmel) Curtis of Lyons; brothers Clayton Brewer of Geneva and Terry Brewer of Waterloo; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
