Obituary of Kathleen Edna Dickey

WATERLOO – Kathleen E. Dickey, 75, Waterloo, NY, passed away Wednesday (February 1, 2023) at Geneva General Hospital. Family and friends may call from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm Friday (February 10) at Coe-Genung Funeral Home. The funeral service will be immediately after at 3:00 pm Friday at the funeral home. Rev. William Reigle, pastor of the Phelps Baptist Church, will officiate. Spring burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Waterloo, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1120 S. Goodman St., Rochester, NY, 14620 Kathleen was born February 6, 1947, in Waterloo, NY, the daughter of Joseph H. and Dorothy A. Roloson Kime. She was a graduate of Waterloo Central High School. Kathleen was employed with the Seneca Kniitn Mill in Seneca Falls, Elston Electronics in Geneva, and more recently at Z-AXIS in Phelps. Kathy was an avid reader, crafter, loved to travel and loved her family. She is survived by her son James T. Dickey of Waterloo; daughter Allison (Jeremy) McCarthy of Bath, NY; grandchildren: Sadie, Amellia, and Kyan; brother Joseph (Jean) Kime of Waterloo, NY; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
