Obituary of Lynn Marie Egan

SENECA FALLS/WATERLOO – Lynn M. Egan, 56, of Seneca Falls, NY and formerly of Waterloo, NY, passed peacefully with her family by her side Wednesday (January 26, 2022). Family and friends may call from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Friday (February 4) at Coe-Genung Funeral Home in Waterloo, NY. The memorial service will immediately follow at the funeral home. Lena Shipley, will officiate. Spring burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Waterloo, NY. Those attending calling hours and/or the memorial service MUST wear face masks. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105. Lynn was born May 1, 1965, in Geneva, NY, the daughter of Michael E. and Sheila LaDuke Campbell. Completing her GED, she went on to become a Home Health aide for Finger Lakes Visiting Nurse Service and later for Mosaic in Waterloo, NY. She provided compassionate care for her patients. Lynn will be remembered for her great sense of humor. She will also be remembered for helping those in need. Lynn was an avid birdwatcher. Her family was very important to her and she loved spending time with her family. Lynn was a communicant of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Waterloo, NY. She is survived by her husband of 35 years Riley P. Egan of Seneca Falls, NY; children Ronald (Ann Marie Harris) of Seneca Falls, NY, William (Sara) S. Egan of Baldwinsville, NY, Ireland E. Egan of Baldwinsville, NY, and Brady Egan of Seneca Falls, NY; grandchildren William M. Egan and Stanlyn Egan; siblings William M. Campbell, Michelle Trammell of Waterloo, NY, Timothy (Christine) Campbell of Waterloo, NY, and Mark (Bridget) Campbell of Greece, NY; Aunt Fran Usher of Skaneateles, NY; cousins and many nieces and nephews.
