Waterloo/Junius - Harry Orlando Swinehart, Jr., age 64, of Waterloo, NY, passed on Wednesday (January 26, 2022) in his home with his family by his side. Harry was born March 10, 1957, in Canandaigua, NY, the son of Harry O. Swinehart, Sr. and Mary Jane (Brink) Swinehart. Family and friends may call from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday (January 29) at Coe-Genung Funeral Home, in Waterloo. The funeral service will immediately follow at the funeral home. Harry got married to Patricia A. (Rey) Swinehart on December 13, 1975. Harry graduated from Finger Lakes Community College with an Associates in Business in 1993. Harry worked as a truck driver for Phelps Cement Products for many years prior to retiring. Harry had his own company on the side as a contractor "Harry's Home Improvements". Harry was a Boy Scouts Troop Leader and little league coach for his sons when they were young. Harry enjoyed family gatherings and hunting with his family. Harry was known for working with his hands which brought him great joy and pride. Harry was survived by his wife of 46 years of marriage, Patricia A. (Rey) Swinehart; his children Michael S. McConnell of Columbus, OH, daughter-in-law Sheri L. Swinehart of Geneva, NY, Brian E. (Amber) Swinehart of AK, Jessica J. (James Andrews) Swinehart of Waterloo, NY and Elijah Orlando Swinehart of WI; 10 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren; brothers Steven (Kym) Swinehart of Waterloo, NY, and Gary (Sue) Werner of VA; many cousins, nieces and nephews. Harry was preceded in death by his parents Harry O., Sr. and Mary Jane Swinehart; his beloved son Jason D.
