WATERLOO – Dennis "Denny" A. Booth, 75, of Waterloo, NY, passed away Sunday (November 21, 2021) at Geneva General Hospital, with his loving wife by his side. A Celebration of Life will be from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday (December 4) at Woody's Bar and Grill at the Quality Inn, 2468 NY-414, Waterloo, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Beverly's Animal Shelter, 50 E. River St., Waterloo, NY, 13165 or St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105. Denny was born December 30, 1945, in Rochester, NY, the son of Clarence 'Red" and Eleanor Curran Booth. He was a 1964 graduate of Geneva High School. Denny retired from Seneca Meadows Landfill after 30 years of employment. He served in the U.S. Army National Guard for six years. Denny was a member of Seneca Falls Elks Clubs, Geneva Moose Club, and Warner VanRiper 435, American Legion. Denny was known for being a car buff. He was a member of Right Coast Association. He owned and operated Red's Trailer Park. He is survived by his loving wife Cynthia C. Irland Booth; sons Paul Booth and Joseph Booth both of Waterloo, NY; stepson Jeremy Poormon of Brockport; stepdaughter Jessica (Brad) Quigley of Penfield, NY; son-in-law Mark (Donna) Cook of Waterloo, NY; brother Michael Booth of Waterloo, NY; sister Marjorie (George) Strally of Waterloo, NY; grandchildren Krystal (Jeremy) Beasley, Elizabeth Cook, and Travis Cook; stepgrandchildren Trevor Poormon, Sydney Poormon and Sabryn Poormon, Ryan Quigley, and Meghan Quigley; brother-in-law Patrick Caward of Gastonia, NC; cousins, nieces and nephews; and his forever friends Maizie and Tully. Denny was predeceased by his parents; daughter Lisa Cook; and his former wife Diane Booth.
