WATERLOO – Kathleen L. Jones Halstead, 60, formerly of Waterloo, passed away Friday (October 22, 2021) at Ira Davenport Memorial Hospital in Bath, NY.
Services will be private.
Kathy was born October 16, 1961, in Waterloo, NY, the daughter of Philip A. and Sonja M. Helas Jones. She was a 1979 graduate of Waterloo High School. Kathy was a former employee of Goulds Pumps in Seneca Falls, NY. She was an accomplished musician and played the trumpet, flugelhorn and piano.
She is survived by her son Colin (Fiance, Cassandra Dunn) DeRue of Farmington, NY and daughter Elise Fucci of Texas; mother Sonja M. Jones of Marcellus, NY; sisters Kelly (Dennis) Andrews of Syracuse, NY and Kerry (David) Adair of Geneva, NY; longtime companion Joseph Farren; aunts, an uncle, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Kathy was predeceased by her father, Philip Jones.
