Obituary of Elizabeth Ann Gable

WATERLOO – Elizabeth "Betty" A. Gable, 80, of Waterloo, NY, passed away Saturday (June 12, 2021) at Seneca Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, with her loving daughter by her side. In keeping with the wishes of the family, there will be no calling hours. The graveside service will be 11 a.m. Monday (June 21) in Canoga Cemetery, Fayette, NY. Rev. Valerie White, pastor of Seneca Falls United Methodist Church, will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY, 14620 or American Cancer Society, 1120 S. Goodman St., Rochester, NY, 14620. Betty was born October 4, 1940, in Auburn, NY, the daughter of LeRoy F. and Blanche M. Love Pearce. She was a 1959 graduate of Auburn High School. Betty graduated from Rochester Business Institute in 1960. She was employed with Stromberg Carlson, and then later, retired from Goulds Pumps (ITT Industries) as an Executive Secretary. She is survived by her loving daughter Kimberly (Kenneth, Jr.) Maines; Grandchildren Shelby (Greg Bell) Maines and Ashley (Justin) McDonald; great-grandchildren Callie, Elizabeth, Jayden, and Emma; two nieces and five great-nieces and great-nephews.
