SENECA FALLS/WATERLOO – Catherine "Cathy" E. Starkey, 59, of Seneca Falls, NY and formerly of Waterloo, NY, passed away peacefully at her home Wednesday (May 26, 2021) with her loving family by her side. The service and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Waterloo, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1120 S. Goodman St., Rochester, NY, 14620. Cathy was born April 1, 1962, in Waterloo, NY, the daughter of Claude E., Jr. and Suzanne M. Rapalee Starkey. She attended Waterloo Central High School. She was employed with G. W. Lisk in Clifton Springs, NY. She is survived by daughters Jessica (Michael) Wolcott and Heather Duncan both of Seneca Falls, NY; son Christopher (Amanda) Osterhout of Shortsville, NY; grandchildren Alyxander, Blake, Isaiah, California, Shia, and Lucianna; mother Suzanne M. Starkey of Waterloo, NY; brothers David (Virginia) Starkey of Penn Yan, NY and John (Linda) Starkey of Lexington, TN; sisters Colleen Starkey of Seneca Falls, NY, Laurie (Kevin) Harris of Huntington, TN, and Susan (Paul) King of Dundee, NY; and aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
