Obituary of Anna Eudora Lohr

WATERLOO – Anna E. Lohr, 92, of Waterloo, NY, peacefully passed away Saturday (December 12, 2020) at Living Center North at Geneva. In keeping with Anna's wishes there will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday (December 19, 2020) at Coe-Genung Funeral Home. Rev. Timothy Gleason, pastor of Waterloo United Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Waterloo, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pathway Home, 1529 State Route 414, Seneca Falls, NY, 13148. Anna was born November 29, 1928, in West Finley, PA, the daughter of Clem and Frances Whiteman Gray. Anna was employed for two summers at Mac's Drive-in. Later she was employed with the Waterloo Central School District as a cafeteria worker, until she retired. She was a member of Waterloo Memorial Post 6433, V.F.W. Auxiliary and Warner Van Riper Post 435, American Legion Auxiliary. Anna was a former member of Waterloo United Methodist Church. She is survived by her children Gary (Gail) Lohr of Victor, NY, Carol (Lon F.) Snook, Sr. and Brenda (Fred) Trickler both of Waterloo, NY; grandchildren Andrea (David) Houghton, Sarah Lohr, Katricia (Michael) Rodgers, Lon F. (Jennifer) Snook, Jr., and Cory Trickler; great-grandchildren Annabelle and Abigail Houghton; many nieces and nephews. Anna was predeceased by her parents; husband Weimer "Shorty" Lohr; granddaughter Heather Lohr; and ten brothers and sisters.
