Obituary of Robert Nealan Bonney

SENECA FALLS – Robert N. Bonney, 96, of Seneca Falls, died Friday (January 18, 2019) at his home. Friends may call 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday (Jan. 23) at Coe-Genung Funeral Home in Waterloo, NY. The funeral service will immediately follow at the funeral home. Entombment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Rochester, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Beverly's Animal Shelter, 50 E. River St., Waterloo, NY, 13165. Bob was born Sept. 8, 1922, in Pulaski, NY, the son of Clifford and Ida Near Bonney. He was a graduate of Lyons High School. He was a U.S. Army veteran having served during W.W. II. Bob was a longtime employee of Goulds Pumps, Seneca Falls, NY, retiring in 1988. He was a member of Waterloo United Methodist Church. Bob enjoyed time at the Seneca County Senior Center. He is survived by sons, Ronald (Linda) Bonney of Waterloo, NY and Roger A. Bonney of Seneca Falls, NY; grandchildren, Robert (Angela) Bonney of Waterloo, NY, Gary (Christina) Bonney of Knoxville, TN, and Timothy (Kelly) Bonney of Victor, NY; great-grandchildren, Michael Bonney, Noah Bonney, Jacob Luffman, Emily Luffman, Tenlee Luffman, Kinslee Bonney, Taylor Bonney, Ethan Bonney, Callan Bonney, and Jace Bonney; several nieces and nephews.
