Obituary of Edna Shevalier

Savannah/Tyre - Edna Bernice Shevalier, 64, of 519 East Rd, died Thursday (March 28, 2013) at Geneva General Hospital. In keeping with Edna's wishes there will be no calling hours or memorial service. Edna was born Feb. 2, 1949 in Ithaca, the daughter of William "Red" G. and Alice Curtis Hines. She was employed many years for Hadco in Owego. She enjoyed being a homemaker and also enjoyed be in the outdoors. She also enjoyed fishing and hunting. She is survived by sons, Justin (Janell) Frank of Newark Valley, Tracy Frank of New Jersey, and Gary Shevalier of N. Carolina; nine grandchildren; one great- grandson; father, William "Red" (Mary) Hines of Berkshire; brothers, Raymond Hines of Savannah, Wesley (Sarah) Hines of Newark Valley, Fred (Patricia) Hines of Newfield, George (Edie) Hines of Marathon , and Joel (Sondra) Hines of Berkshire, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother, Alice.
