Waterloo – Joan M. Morris, 83, formerly of Elmira died Wednesday (Nov. 29, 2017) at her nephew's home.
Keeping with Joan's wishes, there will be no calling hours. A celebration of life will be at a later date in Elmira.
Joan was born March 5, 1934, in Elmira, the daughter of John and Dorothy Heater Covell.
She is survived by sister, Mary Cook of Elmira; brother, John Covell of Elmira; special nephew, Richard (Robin) Covell of Waterloo and many nieces and nephews.
