Seneca Falls/Canoga – Ronald L. Burlew, 73, of 3549 St. Rt. 89, died Tuesday (April 26, 2017) at his home. Friends may call 4 to 7 p.m. Friday (April 28) at Coe-Genung Funeral Home in Waterloo, NY. The funeral service will be 9 a.m. Saturday (April 29) at Harvest Field Baptist Church, 4356 Rt. 414, Fayette, NY. Rev. Floyd C. Marsh, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Canoga Cemetery in Fayette, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Harvest Field Baptist Church, P. O. Box 176, Fayette, NY, 13065. Ron was born May 23, 1943, in Seneca Falls, NY, the son of Clifford "Kip" and Marjorie Norris Burlew. He attended school at Mynderse Academy in Seneca Falls, NY. Ron was employed with Goulds Pumps in Seneca Falls for 30 years, retiring in 2005. He attended Harvest Field Baptist Church. He is survived by the love of his life, whom he would have been married 34 years on May 21, 2017, Bonnie L. Burlew; sons, David (Michelle) Burlew, Matthew (Danielle) Burlew, and Michael (Christina) Pagano all of Seneca Falls; daughter, KimMarie (Douglas) Roeser of Henrietta, NY; grandchildren, his "sweetheart" Bella Burlew, his "buddy" Isaiah Burlew, Jules Pagano, Jackson Pagano, James Roeser and Timothy (Jessie) Roeser; brothers, David (Sandy) Burlew of Seneca Falls and Dennis (Bonnie) Burlew of Fayette; mother-in-law, Geraldine Ferrara of Seneca Falls; sisters-in-law, Linda Ferrara of Waterloo, Dawn Carroll, Linda Ferrara, and Pat Ferrara all of Seneca Falls; many cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by father-in-law, Anillo Ferrara; and brothers-in-law, David Ferrara, Neil Ferrara, and Rick Carroll.
