Waterloo- Edward D. Bulley, 57, of 890 Waterloo-Geneva Rd., died Sunday (Jan. 8, 2017) unexpectedly at his home. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday (Jan. 21) at Coe-Genung Funeral Home in Waterloo. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the organization of one's choice. Edward was born June 26, 1959, in Canandaigua, the son of Frank E. and Jean L. Slack Bulley, III. Ed served in the Army from 1978 to 1981. He was employed at Zoto's International and also worked at one time as a truck driver. He was a Nascar fan. His daughter and grandchildren were his greatest joy. He is survived by his daughter, Nicole (Mike Jr.) Westfall of Waterloo; grandchildren, Michael III, Rosabella and Bianca Westfall; mother, Jean (Larry) Fenton of SC; brothers, Frank Bulley of Chicago, Melvin (Missy) Bulley of Waterloo, and Doug Bulley of PA; sisters, Amy (Chuck) Parish, Donna Bulley both of SC; and Melissa Bulley of GA; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; extended family and many friends.
