Romulus - Louise B. Lee, 79, of Romulus, died Tuesday (March 15, 2016) at Rochester General Hospital in Rochester.
A celebration of life will be 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday (April 3, 2016) at Geneva Country Club on Lochland Rd. (4147 W. Lake Rd), Geneva, N.Y.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Brian Lee Fund, Arnot Health Foundation, 571 E. Market Street, Suite 102, Elmira, N.Y. 14901 or TC Jay Fund at tcjayfund.org. (P.O. Box 50798, Jacksonville, FL, 32240) an organization that provides financial, emotional and practical support for families tackling childhood cancer.
Louise was born in Waterloo, Oct. 25, 1936, the daughter of Fred and Bertha Kidd Brown. She was a graduate of Waterloo High School. Louise retired from the Medical Records Department at Willard Psychiatric Hospital, after many years of employment. After she retired from the hospital she became partner in the DeLuxe Restaurant in Geneva. Louise was a member of the Waterloo Sportsmans' Club Auxiliary. She was also a member of Seneca Trail Riders Horse Club, where she participated in rodeos and specialized in barrel racing. Louise enjoyed bowling, golf, camping, hiking and picnics with family. She was involved with Girl Scouts and 4-H. She was also an avid enthusiastic NY Giants football fan.
She is survived by sons, Charles (Linda) Lee and Douglas (Suzanne) Lee; daughter, Tracey Forsman; grandchildren, Courtney (Kyle) Austin, Jennifer (Craig) Martin, Alexander (Danielle) Lee, Andrew Lee, Daniel and Patrick Lee; great-grandchildren, Maya Austin, Victoria and Donovan Martin and Brooklyn Lee; sister, Barbara (William) Judd.
She was predeceased by her grandson, Brian Lee and very close friend, Paul Whitaker.
