I've known Deb since she was a 10-year old in Riverhead, NY, even though I haven't seen her since we had lunch together in Ithaca in 1998. The Blackwood family means a lot to me. To the family of Deb Horton, I am so sorry for your loss. I have wonderful memories of Deb and working w her at Mental Health. She was a warm, generous, special woman who I admired and respected.
