Waterloo - Juanita June Thomas, 72, of 400 Dunham Rd., died Sunday (November 4, 2012) peacefully at her home.

Friends may call 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday (Nov. 6) at Coe-Genung Funeral Home in Waterloo. The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday (Nov. 7) at the funeral home. Rev. Thomas Easttey, pastor of Waterloo United Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Waterloo.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the organization of one's choice.

Juanita was born June 15, 1940 in Waterloo, the daughter of Sheridan P. and Edith V. Laeson TenEyck. She was employed for many years with Guaranteed Parts in Seneca Falls. She was a member of Waterloo Memorial Post 6433, V.F.W. and Warner VanRiper Post 435, American Legion auxiliaries.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Charles L. Thomas, Sr.; daughter: Carlotta L. (Todd) Blair of Phelps; son: Richard R. (Merry) TenEyck of Waterloo; grandson:

Jacob C. O'Brien; sisters: Lois Roach of Hurricane, W. V, Phyllis Nedza of Weedsport; Shirley (David) Dressing of Waterloo, Alta Carlson of Seneca Falls, Bonnie TenEyck of Waterloo and Cindy (Jerry) Anderson of Seneca Falls; sister-in-law: Ruthie TenEyck of Savannah; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by one son, Charles L. Thomas, Jr., who died March 21, 1996; brothers, Douglas and Alton TenEyck; sisters: Rosie Arehart and Betty Bennett.
