Rochester- Steven Lee Falcheck, 49, died Saturday (Aug. 9, 2014) at Monroe Community Hospital in Rochester, where he had been a resident since August 20, 2007. In keeping with Steven's wishes there will be no calling hours or service. Memorial contributions to Muscular Dystrophy Association, 1425 Jefferson Rd., #19, Rochester, NY, 14623 or Monroe Community Hospital, 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY, 14620. Steven was born July 13, 1965, in Rochester, NY, the son of William and Sylvia McClary Falcheck. He graduated from Kendall High School and Genesee Community College. For a number of years he was employed by Bells Food Market in Albion. He was a member of the Churchville Moose Lodge and the Clarendon Volunteer Fire Department. Steven was an avid hunter. He participated in the Catholic parish at Monroe Community Hospital. He is survived by his son, Steven L. (fiancee, Sara) Falcheck, Jr. of Stafford; daughter, Stephanie M. Falcheck of Albion; grandson, Owen Falcheck; parents, William and Sylvia Falcheck of Redfield; brother, William (Michelle) Falcheck, Jr. of Hilton; three nephews, one niece, aunts, uncles, and cousins; and a special friend, Sandy Kimball of Geneva.
