He was a 1942 graduate of Waterloo High School. He owned and operated a poultry farm. Ken was in the egg business for 52 years, then he raised chickens "for ready to lay" for other people. He was a member of Waterloo Sportsmans' Club and the Oaks Corners Presbyterian Church.
