Obituary of Roxanne Ruiz

Waterloo - Roxanne M. Ruiz, 58, of 641 Packwood Rd., died Tuesday (February 25, 2014) at home with her loving family by her side. In keeping with the wishes of the family there will be no calling hours. The memorial service will be 4 p.m. Saturday (Mar. 1) at Wellspring Church, 22 Teft Ave., Clifton Springs. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Pathway Home, P. O. Box 516, Seneca Falls, NY, 13148 or Beverly's Animal Shelter, 50 E. River St., Waterloo, NY, 13165. Roxanne was born April 26, 1955, in Rochester, the daughter of Charles and Loretta Yates Greenwood. She was employed with IEC in Newark for a few years and later for, UltraLife in Newark for a couple of years. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Michael Ruiz, I; sons, Michael A. (Carolyn Eiserman) Ruiz, II, Michael A. (Jennifer) Ruiz, III, Michael A. (Brittny Bennett) Ruiz, IV, all of Waterloo; daughters, Tanny (Tony) Sullivan of McConnells, SC, Pam (Chuck) McCutchan of Mooresville, NC and Vidalina (Matt Wantuck) Ruiz of Waterloo; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; mother, Loretta Craft of Marion; sister, Sandra (Ralph) Withey of Newark; brothers, Steven (Jennifer) Craft of Albququerque, NM and Johnny Craft of Marion; many nieces and nephews, and Sofita her faithful canine companion.
