WATERLOO – Dorothy E. Larsen, 88, of Waterloo, NY, passed away Monday (June 19, 2023) at the Huntington Living Center, Waterloo, NY. Family and friends may call from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday (June 23) at Coe-Genung Funeral Home, Waterloo, NY. The funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. (June 23) at the funeral home. Rev. William Dorow, pastor of Calvary Lutheran Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Waterloo, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church, 2414 Route 414, Waterloo, NY, 13165. Dorothy was born October 25, 1934, in Fayette, NY, the daughter of Hamilton and Lillian Freier Clemenson. She was a 1952 Waterloo High School graduate. Dorothy was a lifelong member of Zion Lutheran Church. She is survived by her son, Carl Larsen of Rochester, NY; daughters, Kathleen Larsen of Waterloo, NY and Laurie Larsen of Geneva, NY; grandchildren, James and Rhiannon Larsen; brother, Charles (Shirley) Clemenson; and several nieces and nephews. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, Theodore Larsen; and brothers, Hamilton and Glen Clemenson. Condolences and remembrances may be sent to www.coegenungfuneralhome.com.
