WATERLOO – Wesley E. Bennett, Sr., 61, of Waterloo, NY, passed away at his home Tuesday March 17, 2026.

Family and friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday March 26 at the Coe-Genung Funeral Home, Waterloo, NY.

Wes was born August 30, 1964, in Geneva, NY, the son of Walter E. and June M. Chrylser Bennett. He was a 1982 graduate of Clyde-Savannah Central School. Wes was a musician and worked as a musician in different venues over his career. Many will remember his disc jockey entertainment business known as Wes Earl Entertainment.

He is survived by his sons Wesley (Angela) Bennett of Geneva, Robert (Nicole Smith) Bennett of Richmond, KY, and Brandon Bennett of Tallahassee, FL; grandchildren Kenadie Bennett, Cohen West, and Robert L. Bennett; his siblings Walter E. Bennett, Jr. of Waterloo, NY, Julia Ticconi of Waterloo, NY, June "Peanut" Moore of Waterloo, NY, Joni (Daniel) Dibble of Waterloo, NY, Wanye (Patti) Bennett of Brockport, NY, Wade (Tracy) Bennett of Waterloo, NY, and Joelle "Jojo" (Eric) Butler of Sodus, NY; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Wesley was predeceased by his parents.
