WATERLOO – Robert M. Lockman, Sr., 79, of Waterloo, NY, passed away Saturday January 31, 2026 at Pathway Home of the Finger Lakes, with his loving family by his side.

Family and friends may call from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday March 7th at Coe-Genung Funeral Home, Waterloo, NY. A time of sharing will immediately follow the hour of visitation at the funeral home.

Bob was born August 9, 1946, in Wilkes Barre, PA, the son of John and Grace I. Loeb Lockman. He was a graduate from Morris Hill High School. Bob was employed for many years with Mobile Chemical, later known as Pactiv. He was a member and Past Exalted Ruler of the Seneca Falls Elks Club 992. He was a great friend to all and always the first to lend a hand.

He is survived by his loving wife JoAnn E. Hess Lockman; grandson Robert M., III (Rachael) Lockman of Romulus, NY; Albert Gregory III Stroudsburg, PA; great-granddaughters Ally, Myah, Kira, and Leah; brothers Thomas (Carol) Lockman of Sandyston, NJ, Theodore (Joan) Lockman of Northport, FL, and David Lockman of Newton, NJ; sister Mary Mouat of Boynton Beach, FL; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Bob was predeceased by his parents; daughter BobbiJo Brawn; sons Michael Lockman and Robert M. Lockman, II; brother John Lockman; and sisters Deborah Kimberlin and Elaine Cox and grandson James Axel Lockman.
