WATERLOO – Patricia D. McGregor, 86, of Waterloo, passed away Thursday (January 15, 2026) at Huntington Living Center.
In keeping with Patricia's wishes, there will be no calling hours or service.
Patricia was born April 29, 1939, in Penn Yan, NY, the daughter of Lloyd and Edith Burke Covert. She was a school bus driver for the Waterloo Central School District.
She is survived by her children Glenn (Charlene) Crawford of FL, Sharon (Kathy) Edington of NY; Kelly (Elmer) Sparks of OK, Lynn (Trey) Hunter of FL, Darrell VanDeMortel of NY; and Brandy Wright of NY; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren.
Patricia was predeceased by her parents; brother and sister-in-law Donald and Donna Covert; son Paul VanDeMortel; granddaughter Macy Carter; nephew Mark Covert, and son-in-law Curtis Wright.
