OVID – Richard "Rick" M. Oliver, 74, of Ovid and formerly of Waterloo passed away Thursday (January 1, 2026) at Geneva General Hospital.

In keeping with Rick's wishes, there will be no calling hours or service.

Rick was born September 5, 1951, in Auburn, NY. Rick was employed as a farmhand and also worked others jobs.

He is survived by Viola "Peggy" Foresman, Nancy (Nute) Rotunda, Myrtle (Robert) Wagner, Julie Griffin, and Douglas Jr. (Lori) Roloson.

Rick was predeceased by his parents Douglas H. and Ann L. Bell Roloson; and grandparents Milo and Margaret (Dwello) Bell.

Rick was an organ donor and as a last gift would hope his friends and family would also consider organ donation.
