PORT BYRON — Marjorie Jane Smith, 90, passed away Saturday (December 13, 2025) at The Commons on St. Anthony, Auburn, NY.
In keeping with the family’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Phoebe’s Canine Resort, 92 Garden St., Seneca Falls, NY, 13148.
Marjorie was born July 25, 1935 in Auburn, NY, the daughter of John and Jane Semensky Lepak. She worked as a registered nurse for over 50 years, notably at Seneca Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center, Waterloo, New York.
Marjorie is survived by her husband, Roy Smith; children Denise A. Hitchcock of Seneca Falls, NY, Kenneth Seamans of Waterloo, NY and Kim Seamans of FL; grandsons Andrew Hitchcock and Nathan Hitchcock; granddaughter Maria Poormon; brothers Lynn (Judy) Lepak and Daniel (Margaret) Lepak of Auburn, NY; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Marjorie was predeceased by her parents; and brother Alexander “Sandy” Lepak.
