WATERLOO — Leoma Mae Doty, 96, passed away Wednesday (October 29, 2025) at Seneca Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Waterloo, NY.

Family and friends may call 1 PM to 3 PM Sunday (November 16) at Coe-Genung Funeral Home. 46 W. Main St., Waterloo, NY. The memorial service will follow at 3 PM at the funeral home. Rev. Val White, former pastor of First United Methodist Church of Seneca Falls, will officiate. Burial will be in 11 AM Monday (November 17) in Maple Grove Cemetery, Waterloo, NY.

Leoma was born October 1, 1929 in Ballston Spa, NY. She worked for many years as a housekeeper.

Leoma is survived by daughter Barbara Doty of Seneca Falls, NY; grandchildren Crystal Kuhlmann, Emmett Kuhlmann, Jacob Kuhlmann, and Brian Kuhlmann; and great-grandchildren Isabella, Maddix, Braelynn, Brian, Jr., Donald and Ryker.

She was predeceased by her parents; husband Edward William Doty, Sr. in 2017; son Edward Herman; great-grandchild Alexander Kuhlmann; and sisters Wanda and Vivian.
