SENECA FALLS/AUBURN – Christopher C. Galloway, 43, of Seneca Falls, NY, formerly of Auburn, NY, passed away suddenly Friday (September 20, 2024) at Geneva General Hospital with his loving wife by his side.

Family and friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday (Sept. 27) at Coe-Genung Funeral Home, 46 W. Main St., Waterloo, NY. The memorial service will be 3 p.m. Friday (Sept. 27) at Finger Lakes Christian Fellowship, 83 US-20, Seneca Falls, NY. Rev. Jerry Graziano, pastor, will officiate.

Chris was born May 31, 1981, in Auburn, NY, the son of Charles and Barbara Lawrence Galloway. He was a graduate of Auburn High School and earned his Bachelor's of Science in Biology of SUNY Oswego. He was a dedicated medical service engineer for Abbott Diagnostics and a partner in Café 19, with his wife Casey. Chris and Casey Spencer married May 19, 2007 and settled in Seneca Falls with their daughter Rylee. He was an avid learner. His interests were technology, music and a connoisseur of coffee. He was an avid Yankees, Giants, and SU fan. Chris was devoted to his community and church. He was a loving husband and his greatest achievement was his beautiful daughter Rylee.

He is survived by his very loving wife Casey; daughter Rylee; parents Charles and Barbara Galloway; brother Joe (Michelle) Galloway of Buffalo, NY; sister Katie (Dave) Lewis of Camillus, NY; father-in-law and mother-in-law Larry and Bonnie Spencer of Seneca Falls, NY; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Luke (Dana) Spencer of Syracuse, NY; nieces and nephews Chloe and Peyton Spencer, Mallory and Connor Galloway, and Jackson and Jaime Lewis; several aunts, uncles and cousins; lifelong friend PJ Gibson of Auburn, NY; and his feline companion Dash.
