Waterloo – Cameron Philip Fowler, 18, of 40 Church St., died Wednesday (December 21, 2017) unexpectedly at home. Friends may call 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday (Dec. 26) at Coe-Genung Funeral Home in Waterloo, NY. Funeral services will be Wednesday (Dec. 27) 11 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 2 Chapel St., Seneca Falls, NY. The Rev. Valerie White, pastor, will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Waterloo Athletic Department, 109 Washington St., Waterloo, NY, 13165, Attn; Joann Slauson. Cameron was born June 10, 1999, in Rochester, NY, the son of John H. and Heidi L. Metcalf Fowler. He was a 2017 graduate of Waterloo High School. He had worked for Magee Country Diner as a cook. While in school he played football, baseball and was a lifetime wrestler. Cameron was loved by his friends and many family members. He was always polite, respectful and hard working. He is survived by his parents; sister, Kelsey Olivia Fowler; brother, Ian McCabe Fowler; maternal grandparents, Richard A. (Linda) Metcalf, Sr. and Kay (William) Kier; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by paternal grandparents, Oakley C. and Lorraine I. Fowler. Condolences for the family may be sent to www.coegenungfuneralhome.com.
