Seneca Falls – Lizabeth R. "Beth" Rhodes, 64, died Friday (August 18, 2017) at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. There will be a celebration of life will be 5 to 8 pm Friday (Aug. 25) at the American Legion, 1 William St. Waterloo, NY. Per Beth's request wearing black is not allowed. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Beverly's Animal Shelter, 50 E. River St., Waterloo, NY, 13165. Beth was born Nov. 8, 1952, in Geneva, NY, the daughter of Frederick and Vera E. Swetman Fellows. She attended Waterloo Schools and studied at Fingers Lakes Community College. Beth worked as a cook at various restaurants, the last was Ponderosa in Geneva. Beth was well known at Magee's Diner. She liked to sew, do crafts, kayaking and camping with family and friends. She was famous for making sure she was home by 7 pm to watch, Wheel of Fortune! She is survived by daughter, Shara ( Jim Mooneyhan ) Brown; son, Andrew Griffith; granddaughters, Kirstin Brown and Shelby Brown; great-granddaughter, Claire Brown; brothers; Tom Fellows, John (Tina) Showalter, Donald ( Debra) Showalter, David Fellows, Harold "Bo" Gilliam, Ken Gilliam, and Jeff Fellows; sister, Lisa Gilliam; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends She was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Fred and Terry Fellows.
