Obituary of William Henry Kuhlmann

Waterloo – William H. Kuhlmann, 65, died Monday (May 29, 2017) at Huntington Living Center in Waterloo, NY. Friends may call from 11 to 12 p.m. on Monday (June 5, 2017) at Coe Genung Funeral Home in Waterloo. The memorial service will immediately follow at the funeral home. Rev. Laura Calos, pastor of United Methodist Church of Waterloo, will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Waterloo, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Beverly's Animal Shelter, 50 E. River St., Waterloo, NY, 13165. William was born April 10, 1952, in Auburn, NY, the son of Helmuth and Helen Jackson Kuhlmann. He was a maintenance worker at the Cayuga State Park in Seneca Falls, NY. He loved hunting and fishing. William is survived by daughters, Mindy (Nate) Scott of Waterloo, NY, Tiffany (Mark) Lachenauer of Coverse, and Crystal (Rob) Stevens of Waterloo, NY; sons, William Kuhlmann of Auburn, NY, Brian (Kayla Plante) Kuhlman of Ovid, NY, Emmett (Sarah Blaisdell) Kuhlmann of Newark, NY, and Jacob (Christina Harris) Kuhlmann of Waterloo, NY; grandchildren, Caira Dellstritto, Kelcey and Collin Scott, Farrah Austin, Joseph Ouellette, Brian Kuhlmann Jr., and Isabella Hennigan; brothers, Arthur (Patti) Kuhlmann of Cardington, OH, Arnold Kuhlmann of Allentown, PA, and John Kuhlmann of Union Springs, NY; sisters, Martha (Robert Smith) Foley of Union Springs, NY and Alice (Ronald) Patten of Allentown, PA; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Helmuth, brother, Raymond Kuhlmann and grandson, Alexander Kuhlmann.
