Obituary of Joyce Lasner

Canandaigua/Waterloo - Joyce Bingman Lasner, 74, of Canandaigua, died Friday (November 9, 2012) at Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua with her loving family by her side. In keeping with Joyce's wishes there will be a service at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Waterloo. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family of Kimberly Coriale, 1 West River Street, Waterloo, 13165. Joyce was born March 30, 1938 in Waterloo, the daughter of Elwood and Anna Hammar Bingman. She was a 1956 Waterloo High School Graduate, she then attended Rochester General School of Nursing to become an RN. She worked at Sister's Charity, Kenmore University and the V.A. Hospitals in Buffalo. She retired from the V.A. Hospital in Canandaigua after thirty years of dedication before working at Clifton Springs Hospital. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Coriale of Waterloo, five grandchildren: Ashlee, Anthony, Adam, Morgan, and Madison Coriale all of Waterloo, four sisters: Carole B. Schweitz of North Carolina, Judith A. Weaver of Canandaigua, Phyllis B. Rask of Auburn and Suzanne (John) Fratangelo of Clyde, many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, and special companions, her dogs: Riley and Tauree.
